A local, specialized gutter service for the Lake Michigan lakeshore - not a national franchise, not a general handyman.
We started this business around one observation: most of the gutter damage we saw on eastern Wisconsin homes wasn't caused by dramatic storms - it was caused by leaves sitting in a gutter through the fall, freezing solid over winter, and slowly working brackets loose until spring meltwater had nowhere to go but under the shingles. That's a preventable problem with the right timing and a company that actually shows up on schedule.
So we built a business around exactly three services - gutter cleaning, gutter guard installation, and gutter repair - rather than trying to be a general handyman outfit. We run the same weekly routes through Sheboygan, Plymouth, and Manitowoc, which means we already know which streets under heavy maple and oak canopy clog fastest, and which older lakeshore homes are most prone to ice damming.
No call center, no subcontractor lottery, no upsell pressure. You talk to the person actually coming out to your house, we quote a firm price before any work starts, and if something isn't draining right after we leave, we come back and fix it at no extra charge.
Sheboygan, Plymouth, and Manitowoc each have their own character - Sheboygan's lakefront and historic downtown, Plymouth's cheese-industry heritage around its town square, Manitowoc's shipbuilding past along the harbor - but they share the same gutter problem: heavy hardwood leaf drop, lake-effect snow, and freeze-thaw cycles that turn a clogged gutter into an ice dam. We built our whole approach around that shared climate reality.
